El afilador DUAL de Lacor, para cuchillos de filo liso, consta de dos zonas de afilado diferentes para una mayor versatilidad: una zona de afilado estándar y una zona de alta precisión para filos más agudos.
Cada zona de afilado se compone de dos partes: dos discos de acero de carburo duro para el vaciado de los bordes y dos discos de cerámica para repasar e igualar el borde.
El uso es muy sencillo: sólo hay que dar varias pasadas del cuchillo por los discos en un ángulo de 90º, con una leve presión. El asa con goma y con ranuras para los dedos es ergonómica y permite un agarre firme, y la base antideslizante evita accidentes si se utiliza sobre la mesa.
Incluye una cubierta de plástico para separar las dos zonas de corte.
